Customization: The included support hours can be used to align the tools with your workflows, organizational processes, and service goals. These hours must be utilized within six months of toolkit delivery.

Proprietary Rights: While the tools can be customized for your internal use, the underlying templates and designs remain the proprietary property of Vaden Higher Education Consulting. These materials cannot be copied, distributed, or shared externally without prior written consent.

Intended Use: All tools and materials are designed solely for your internal use to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information. The customized tools will be tailored specifically for your use and will not include proprietary or sensitive information from other clients.
