Jennifer Vaden
Managing Partner
Jennifer Joslin Vaden is an accomplished higher education leader with over two decades of hands-on experience in student services, finance, and research. Recognized for her expertise in customer service, shared services, organizational development, and process improvement, Jennifer takes a collaborative, data-informed approach to client support. She believes that by working as one team, colleges and universities can be transformed into models of innovation and service excellence. During her time at George Washington University, Jennifer earned her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration.
When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons. She loves attending live music concerts, especially at Wolf Trap, where she is a member. During her early years in DC, Jennifer competed in coed basketball, soccer, and flag football leagues, and also sang in a competitive karaoke league where costumes were encouraged. Originally from Minnesota—where the mosquito is jokingly referred to as the state bird and the weather is always the most exciting topic of conversation—Jennifer brings her Midwest charm to everything she does.
